Carlos Perez
CEO & Founder, PTG — Founder & Creator, CyberFence
Carlos Perez is an award-winning technology entrepreneur and the CEO & Founder of Perez Technology Group, and the creator of CyberFence — PTG's proprietary AI-powered cybersecurity platform built and launched in 2024. Driven by the gap he saw in affordable, enterprise-grade protection for small businesses, Carlos designed CyberFence from the ground up: an ML-powered web shield, US-based VPN, phishing protection, DNS filtering, adware blocker, and privacy controls — available on iOS, iPadOS, Android, Mac, and Windows, and compliant with HIPAA, SEC, NIST, and CMMC standards. CyberFence has already reached communities beyond business: Carlos donated 5,000 free licenses to the Senior Resource Alliance, putting enterprise-grade cybersecurity in the hands of Orlando seniors who need it most.
With over a decade in IT services and cybersecurity, Carlos has built PTG into one of Orlando's most trusted managed service providers. He holds Microsoft and Dell certifications and applies Fortune 100 methodologies to deliver enterprise-grade solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Stephanie Casul
Bilingual Project Manager
Stephanie Casul brings over five years of commercial construction project management experience to PTG, where she applies her rigorous organizational skills and attention to detail to IT project delivery. A bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Stephanie manages complex technology deployments, migrations, and implementations with precision and clear communication. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification to further strengthen her project management expertise. Stephanie ensures every PTG engagement stays on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Wilson Camelo
Marketing & Sales Partner
Wilson Camelo is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force. His military experience instilled discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership skills that he now applies to building business relationships and driving growth for PTG. Wilson was recognized as one of the Hartford Business Journal's 40 Under 40 and received the PRSA Practitioner of the Year award in 2011. He brings a unique combination of military precision and marketing expertise to help PTG reach and serve more Orlando businesses.
